Coverage
On-site in & around Bristol · Remote support anywhere in the UK

What happens after you submit?

  1. I reply within one business day to arrange a time for your health check.
  2. We spend 30–45 minutes going over your network, backups, devices, and security basics.
  3. You get a short written summary: what's urgent, what can wait, and what's nice-to-have.
  4. You decide what happens next — a one-off fix, a monthly plan, or nothing at all. The summary is yours either way.

Request Your Health Check

Four quick questions — it takes under a minute. No technical knowledge needed, and "everything's a mess, help" is a perfectly good answer.

Plain English is perfect — describing the symptom is all we need.

Your details are only used to respond to your enquiry. We never share or sell your information.

Common Questions

Is the health check really free? What's the catch?

Genuinely free, and there's no catch. It's how we start every relationship: you get an honest picture of your setup, and if there's nothing worth paying us to fix, we'll tell you that. The written summary is yours to keep either way — even if you take it to someone else.

Do I need to know what's wrong before contacting you?

Not at all. "The computers are slow and I'm worried about losing everything" is more than enough to go on. Working out what's actually wrong is the whole point of the health check.

What areas do you cover?

On-site visits cover Bristol and the surrounding area. Remote support — which handles most day-to-day problems — works anywhere in the UK.

Do you support both Windows and Mac?

Yes — Windows PCs, Macs, and the phones and tablets your business relies on, plus the routers, printers, and cloud accounts (email, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) that tie it all together.

Am I tied into a contract with the monthly plan?

The plan comes with simple written terms covering what's included, response times, and how to cancel — no long lock-in. If it's not earning its keep, you shouldn't be paying for it.

Is my business data safe with you?

Yes. Anything we handle — network passwords, backup access, account details — is treated confidentially and in line with UK GDPR. We only access what's needed for the job, and we'll always tell you what we're doing and why.
